In these meetings we exchange experiences, information and coordination of actions and proposals of the groups who make up the space. This time we keep track and update on diagnosis and proposed courses on various topics related to the role of service providers of water and sanitation and integrated watershed sanitation. Groups are asked to prepare their speeches, also making progress in electronic, (to facilitate the preparation of the report).

1) REPORT ON THE RIVER AND PLANS FOR WATER AND SANITARY WORKS
ACUMAR Comprehensive Sanitation Plan. Status of the Reconquista.
New water and sanitation companies with state majority (AySA and ABSA). Water Regulatory Plans on the providers of works. Alternatives citizen control and popular. Alternative management proposals.
2) DEFENSE AND PROTECTION OF WETLANDS and Public Costa
progress report on the various initiatives of privatization of banks and real estate development, installation of wetland filled.
3) CEAMSE AND MANAGEMENT OF SOLID WASTE State
situation on the renegotiation of contracts in the city of Buenos Aires Transfer Plant, Stuffed "health." Consideration of MSW treatment projects. Inclusion of cardboard in the suffocation and recycling.
4) PROPOSED ACTIVITIES AND ACTIONS
Follow-up presentations and actions to Municipalities: Mapping Rollover industrial effluent to map visible and public presentations
Monitoring of complaints about the management of MSW to the city legislature of Buenos Aires
Zonal Coordination of initiatives in defense of the public and the coast

interbasin Space emerged from a meeting in La Boca, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos, 16 June 2007, where we NGOs, Social Neighbors, Environmentalists, under the slogan "Bs Ace It Hugs for Life "with the desire to join efforts for watershed clean, free of contamination and the restructuring and environmental management of our territory. The central objectives arisen since then are:
- Ending the "fence" of social and governmental indifference and install the problem on the public agenda as a real question of State and their effective enforcement.
- Building citizenship, ensuring that all our neighbors requests and to exercise the right to a healthy and fit for human development, enforcing the Constitution and the rules of environmental protection.
- Build: union, social participation, awareness, opportunities for joint action tools, critical mass and mobilize for life.
interbasin Space consists of several environmental organizations, NGOs, Health and Water Forum, Building Societies, Commissions and neighborhood assemblies autoconvocados neighboring groups and individuals whose actions against environmental pollution and the protection and promotion of integrated management of Water and Watersheds water.
The space functions as a pluralist network of information exchange, solidarity, support and mobilization. Our work methodology is democratic, where the plenary addresses horizontal guidelines and work actions and tasks the delegates and / or groups to the implementation of actions to be adopted as a whole. The space is independent of the state, enterprises and political parties. Privilege to work with and from the neighbors, getting involved among all the actions to follow and in developing alternative solutions to our problems and manage them based on the mobilization.
In subsequent meetings held in Tigre, Quilmes, San Miguel, Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires, Martin Coronado, Escobar, Ciudad Evita, Lanas, Villa Ballester Bernal and try to go deeper into the general and specific objectives of such interbasin. Emergency water, sanitation (prevention, cleanup, remediation), education and environmental health, water control works, etc..
