Bonaerenses Water SA (ABSA) is the company that gives us supuestamnete water and sewer. Knowing that the party of Malvinas Argentinas about 97% of the residents do not own claocas networks and water and that only 3% have the service (only the countrys), the obvious question is what gives this company the neighbors ?.
